Prof. Robert Thomas suggests that cancer patients and the general community, should increase the intake of fruit and vegetables, rich in polyphenols. he then goes on to discuss the results of a double-blind, randomised clinical trial (Pomi-T), where the intake of whole-food supplements rich in polyphenols, showed to reduce the levels of prostate-specific antigen (PSA) and tumour size.
