Incidence and mortality rates of endometrial cancer, the most common gynaecological cancer in high-income countries, are increasing globally. Comorbidities are also often associated with endometrial cancer. In this article, interviewees Mansoor Raza Mirza, Rigshospitalet, Copenhagen University Hospital, Denmark, and Isabelle Ray-Coquard, Centre Léon Bérard, Lyon, France, discussed their extensive experience in the field of endometrial cancer.
