Jose Maria (Chema) Guido Avila, Global Lead, HCP Marketing, Sanofi is an executive with more than 15 years experience within the pharmaceutical industry. He is one of the key thought-leaders at the forefront of transforming how the industry engages with healthcare professionals. Jose has an MBA and his expertise spans digital marketing, market research and digital key performance indicators, covering multiple therapeutic areas.
Sir Clive Woodward, Former England Rugby Coach and Former Director of Sport, Team GB is best known as the Head Coach who led the England rugby team to a world cup victory in Australia in 2003. Sir Woodward played International Rugby for England in the 1980s as well as completing two British & Irish Lions tours. In 2006, he joined the British Olympic Association as Team GB’s Director of Sport to support the coaches and athletes and went on to deliver Team GB’s most successful Olympic Games at London 2012.
Dr Emily Pegg, Head of Medical Affairs UK, Takeda Oncology is a GMC-registered pharmaceutical physician who has worked across neurology, genetic diseases, and oncology. Prior to her time at Takeda, Emily spent over five years with Novartis and held several positions there, including Medical Director for Neuroscience within Europe.
Clare Hague, Senior Director, Haematology Market Access in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, Janssen has over a decade’s experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Before joining Janssen, she spent time working at companies such as AstraZeneca and Celgene. Clare is also an experienced Senior Health Economist and a Lecturer and Academic Supervisor in Health Economics at the University of Lucerne in Switzerland.
