Speaker bio:

Dr Neal Shore Medical Director at Carolina Urologic Research Center, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy Sciences from Duke University, and a Doctor of Medicine from Duke University Medical School. He completed his general surgery and urology residency at New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. Shore now serves as the Medical Director for the Carolina Urologic Research Center and Chief Medical Officer of Surgical Oncology and Urology at GenesisCare USA.

He is an internationally recognised expert and researcher in systemic therapies and treatments for patients with advanced urologic cancers, including prostate, kidney, and bladder. He has conducted more than 400 clinical trials, focusing mainly on genitourinary oncology, and has authored or co-authored more than 350 peer-reviewed publications and numerous book chapters. He serves on the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer Guidelines Committee for Bladder Cancer, as well as the boards of the Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network, Maple Tree Alliance, and the Duke Global Health Institute. He is the Chair of both the Prostate Cancer Academy and the Bladder/Kidney Cancer Academy for the Large Urology Group Practice Association Specialty Network. He also co-chairs the annual American Urological Association International Prostate Forum.
