Adam Brown earned his BSc in biology from the New Mexico State University, Las Cruces, USA, before completing his medical degree at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine, Albuquerque, USA. He completed a residency in internal medicine at Medstar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C., USA. He then completed rheumatology and vasculitis fellowships at the Cleveland Clinic Department of Rheumatic and Immunological Diseases in Ohio, USA, where he currently works as the Associate Program Director for this rheumatology fellowship programme.
No stranger to a podcast, Brown is the host of Rheuminations, a podcast that provides updates in the field of autoimmunity, as well as historical perspectives and case presentations of medical mysteries. Brown is also the author of Rheumatology Made Ridiculously Simple, and writes and edits for Rheum + Boards, a free online educational platform for rheumatology fellows to test their knowledge through quizzes.
