Speaker bio:

Christine Metz studied human nutrition at Cornell University, Ithaca, New York, USA, before completing an MSc and PhD in immunology at New York University (NYU), USA. Since then, she has published over 150 peer-reviewed research papers, as well as numerous review articles and books, and is recognised as one of the top 100,000 scientists in the world.

In her spare time, Metz enjoys gardening; walking her dog, Rocky; and travelling with her husband and two daughters.
