James Roberts initially trained as a product designer at Loughborough University, UK, before founding mOm Incubators Ltd., of which he is currently CEO. In 2014, he was awarded the global Sir James Dyson award for this innovation, and since then, he has been named as a MD-DI MedTech Rising Star, has been awarded the Princess Royal Silver Medal, and is even included on the TfL engineering icons tube map at Queensway station. Recently, Roberts appeared on BBC Breakfast alongside previous podcast guest, Neil Patel, where he demonstrated the quick assembly of the mOm incubator, before discussing the value of the incubators in settings across the world, from the NHS to Sub-Saharan Africa.
