This article highlights a poster presented at the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases’ (AASLD) The Liver Meeting® Digital Experience congress and summarises a symposium session from the North American Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition (NASPGHAN) congress. Both events reviewed important scientific data surrounding the treatment of rare paediatric cholestatic liver diseases including Alagille syndrome, progressive familial intrahepatic cholestasis, and biliary atresia.
