EXELS study is an observational phase 4 study that compared safety, pregnancy outcomes, and efficacy (measured by incidence of thrombohaemorrhagic events and platelet reduction) of anagrelide compared with other cytoreductive therapies in high-risk patients with essential thrombocythemia (ET).
