Morag Griffin originally obtained a Bachelor’s degree in cellular and molecular disease from the University of Dundee, UK. She then completed a Master’s degree in medical leadership from Birkbeck University, London, UK. Griffin is currently a Haematology Consultant at Leeds University Teaching Hospitals, UK, and is also joint Paroxysmal Nocturnal Haemoglobinuria Service Lead, providing care to patients with aplastic anaemia and paroxysmal nocturnal haemoglobinuria. She is an honorary lecturer at the same institution, has worked on several clinical trials, and has published a number of peer-reviewed articles.
In her spare time, Griffin enjoys sport climbing, and usually likes to have a European holiday including this sport each year. She also enjoys spending time in her garden, growing vegetables.
