Megan Riehl is a distinguished health psychologist specialising in the management of gastrointestinal conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and chronic health conditions. Currently serving as an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Michigan, Megan has dedicated her career to advancing the understanding and treatment of gastrointestinal disorders.

Throughout her career, Megan has contributed significantly to the field through a multitude of peer-reviewed publications, book chapters, and invited commentaries. Her most recent accomplishment is the publication of the highly anticipated book, ‘Mind Your Gut’, which she believes addresses a crucial need for individuals living with IBS.
