Marion Brooks is Vice President and US Country Head of Diversity, Equality and Inclusion at Novartis US, where he has worked for almost 24 years. Beginning his time at the company in a sales role, he moved across various marketing roles before taking up his current position. He has won many awards during his time in industry, ranging from the President’s Award for Community Impact, the Neuroscience Worldwide Franchise Award, the Top 100 Diversity and Inclusion Officers in Healthcare and more. He also holds an MBA in management from Amberton University.
