Genomic profiling for defining luminal subtypes

At the 2015 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting, Harold J. Burstein, MD, PhD, of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Boston, MA, explains the development of multigene tests, such as the Oncotype DX® Breast Cancer Assay and the PAM50 test, for classifying breast cancer into different subtypes.
